I would never have gone through what you did with the toilet seat. I would have gotten a wrench and/or screwdriver and removed the seat from the toilet. That's the only way to really get it clean.

The only Barbie outfits I'm trying to complete (due to my Dad selling them against my wishes at a garage sale when I was 14) were the Arabian Nights outfit and the Queen Guinevere outfit, neither of which you are likely to have any outfits pieces for.
I did a search to see what the Saucy Walker doll looks like. She's not creepy looking at all. But she is pricey. $125-$200. Don't give her away. If you must, sell her on Etsy. Likewise do some research on some of your other vintage stuff if you should decide to downsize.
You need tools.
