Well, it is 4 pm and I am at school, feeling fairly exhausted and thinking about heading home.

I worked really hard today.  I got all the correcting from last week done for 4 of my 5 classes.  The poetry stuff remains to be corrected.  I'm so tired.  i just do not want to deal with it this afternoon.  Furthermore, it won't take me nearly as long to deal with it if I dig into it when I am fresh rather than pissing around here for three or four hours, picking at it and longing to be gone.

I am so damned tired.  All I really want to do is go home and have a little nap.  I have a lot of dishes to do, and I really want to bake.  I don't know if I can do it tonight though--due to my horrific exhaustion.

Considering we have a lot of teachers gone, the day went really smoothly--I thought so, anyhow.  There seemed to be a lot of kids absent.

Nothing terribly exciting happened today--I spent the whole day getting those papers corrected and recorded, as well as teaching my classes.  No prep because I had to supervise Blair's 6th hour class today.

I had thought of stopping at Target on my way home tonight.  I am out of fish oil, and I need both pencils and red pens and there are none in the teachers' supply closet.  I think I am just going to go home--but on the way out of town, I may stop at Culvers and get one of those chocolate chip cookie sandwiches.  They are soooo tasty.  And I really did work hard both yesterday and today.

I guess I will bop home, get those nasty dishes to soaking, and have a short nap in the recliner.  I deserve one.

I'll probably update more tonight.

Later.

She is Tiff and she was only available for a very short time--I missed her, and I have always regretted not getting her when I saw her in Ben Franklin, lo these many moons ago.

I just got the wild hair that perhaps, if I put her picture on here, one of my jolly readers might run across her at a flea market or a second hand store, and in a fit of generousity and love, would buy it for me.  (Knowing, of course, that I would reimburse them for their expenditure AND their shipping costs.)

Anyhow, here she is:

I want to make Dr. Who scarves for Kvetch and GG.  I have a ton of scrap yarn, and what better use could it be put to?

Anyhow, I found pictures of Tom Baker wearing the infamous scarf.  If I put them here, I will know precisely where to look for them, won't I?
