Your result for The Quick Test of Your A Priori Faculties ...

Good

1 One, 1 Two, 1 Three, 0 Four, 1 Five, 1 Six and 5 Total!

Good

You got over half of the question correct, that's impressive.  This test is designed to go after common mistakes in reasoning, and you avoided a lot of them. Even PhDs and graduate students often get less than perfect scores, even when they study things like psychology, math, and logic.

Actually, I guessed on some of them....

"Equally likely."

"pairs"

If you're going to print this kind of a test, you should do a little spell checking.

Ooo. I'm only "Average".

0 One, 1 Two, 1 Three, 0 Four, 0 Five and 0 Six!

Funny. Number 2 and 3 were the ones people were most likely to miss. And I actually object to #5. While pure mathematically and statistically odds are 50/50 at each birth, biologically it's determined by a lot of factors, sperm count, temperature, etc. A lot. I'll bet fertility research shows that once a couple has had a girl it's more likely they'll have a girl than a boy. and if you look at it as a Mendelian study, you'd get GG, BB, GB, BG as the combos. That means it is MORE likely the second child will be a girl.

I score really high in abstract logic, so I can see how I score low on this test. It goes against logic.
