And Peaches is one cute kitty. I'm glad she's finally warming up to you and realizing the benefits of a good snuggle.
Me? I would have struggled up to the top at that tower, stayed there to admire the view for as long as possible, then when my ride said time to go...gone down that front slide with the curves. Once would be enough.
I like the band shell. We have something like that only much bigger in Balboa park. The largest outdoor portable (because it's on wheels and rolls out on to the stage) pipe organ in the world is there. When I was in high school we used to go to Balboa Park and hang out at night. I was in Chorus so we'd sing show tunes on the stage. Now, unfortunately it isn't safe to hang out there at night. But then...not a lot of places are. Pity.
