I will pay off the debts of each member of my immediate family, give my alcoholic bro-in-law 100,000 to go away and never bother my sister again, and the rest I will donate to my school for whatever purposes the board, faculty, and administrator sees fit.  (I vote for putting in a pool and a dormitory.)

Hopefully one of my siblings will buy me a turtle blizzard or something chocolatey for a treat after they pay off all their bills.

I suppose I can't give it away to all of my creditors?

Well, then, I would set up an Educational Foundation to administer grants. Obviously my nephews and niece would be highly eligible for funding. And I might also be eligible for funding if I pursue my EdD. The Foundation might also provide a grant for the school of my choice to fund a full time teacher librarian...that would be ME.

A portion of the foundation would also be used for book giveaways to low income children.
