A WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING
THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON.

* SNOW WILL SPREAD ACROSS SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA AND NORTHEAST IOWA
THIS AFTERNOON...AND THEN CONTINUE THROUGH TUESDAY. BETWEEN 6 AND
8 INCHES OF SNOW WILL LIKELY FALL FROM MONDAY INTO TUESDAY
MORNING.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 8 TO 10 INCHES ARE EXPECTED FROM
THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH TUESDAY.


Wouldn't it be just soooo sad if we had snow days Monday and Tuesday?  (NOT!!!)

I'd LOVE a couple of snow days to work on the house.  God knows it needs all the help it can get.

Well, let's not count our snowdays before the flake has fallen. LOL. It isn't doing anything out there right now.

In deed, it did. I traveled in to school on treacherous roads on Monday, all the while complaining that we would go in on glare ice and deep drifting only to turn around and go home again at 10:30. Well, I was wrong. we arrived at 8:03 and were told to go home at 8:45. So, I baked cookies and worked on my laundry. It was so nasty out that school was cancelled for Tuesday on Monday evening.
