Ingrid and I went for a drive on Sunday after going out for supper at Famous Dave's.  I wanted to see Loren and Katherine's farm after hearing from mom that the tornado had smashed the big shed.  The power poles are all bent over, and some lines to the house were down, but the house itself escaped damage.

To the left, you can see the large motor home tipped completely over onto its side.  There is a trailer sticking up in the ditch there.  You can see the side rail of it in about the center of the picture.  To the right is a big piece of the metal exterior of the shed.  There were little bits of that stuff everywhere.

This picture is of the bins that were right next to the shed--they are still standing and as far as I can tell, undamaged.  You can see part of the wooden "skeleton" of the big shed out by the field in the back and another big piece in front of the bin farthest to the right.

You can see the wooden piece clearer here.  In the back, you can see a boat and some other debris.  I'm not even sure what all was in there.

This picture was taken from the south of the farm.  You can see pretty much everything here--I wanted to get a shot of the power lines leaning over the road and the motor home on its side.  Just a little north of this, the power company guys were repairing lines on a gravel road.  I don't think those poor bastards had slept for at least two days.

Here's a really good picture of the overturned motor home.  It was also moved some distance from where the shed was located.  Where it is now is just a couple feet from the road.  It had to have been picked up and carried several yards, then dropped over on its side.

Here is a view from father back.  You can see the power lines sagging really bad.  On the other side, they are fine.  Strange, huh?

Here is the last of my disaster pictures.  This is the house I lived in from the time I was ten until I left as an adult.  Someone else owns it now, and it is obviously going to shit.  The big tree in the front yard must have gone down in the storm, but I don't know where it came from.  There was no tree of that size in the front yard.  I'm just happy that the big box elder tree to the south of the house is still standing.  I love that tree.  It was right outside my bedroom window when I was a kid.
