Apparently they had to give away their two five year old dogs. They left the kennels in my dining room. They apparently started ripping wall paper off the wall--but that's only half done. There is trash every where. I found a dime on the floor. I picked it up and put it in my pocket. It is likely to be the only monetary gain I will have from attempting to rent the place.

Those dog kennels are not cheap.

You might get $50 for that one.

TAKE IT! Put in on Craig's list. Not kidding. Clean it up. Even used you can get good money for a dog kennel that large.

I hope you changed all the locks. Not that that would stop them from breaking the windows to get in.
