Well, the box is evidence for small claims court. They can't tell the judge they were broke if they're buying $70 baby shoes and flat screen TVs. Of course, they could *try* to claim it was just an empty box they brought home. But I'll bet there's a store name on the box and you've got a window to track down a receipt from the store. Too much work?

Me? I'd do it. Then again, I'm Sicilian and we are tenacious when it comes to revenge and retaliation. I'd twist the knife, then add salt.
