I used to keep fabric bins and a shelf full of craft items in this little nook. For some unknown reason, they left the curtains up here. in most of the other rooms they have been torn down and left to lay on the floor.

More filth and random stuff on the floor here.

I'm wondering if the animals jumped on the curtains and pulled them down. Or maybe the kids?

What a cute little nook. Little architectural details like that make the most fun of decorating a house.

The longer I am away from it, the more I miss it and the more in touch I am with how much I loved it when I moved in.

I wish I was back there again--with all my books and things.

The kitties would have full range of the house. Everything would be relaxed al lthe time. I wouldn't have my mom always saying, "You've got a mess here," when I have the pencil box I use for a small sewing box and three quarter sized pieces of fabric on a TV tray in front of my chair. If she'd let me hook cable up in my room, I'd probably seldom leave my room.
