She loves these Kids' Bop CDs.

Caleb hates them and feels he is being tortured by having to listen to them.

They will give her something else on her actual birthday as well.

Never having heard it I'd still side with Caleb on this.

Most of that marketed for kids music is absolute trash. This from a music teachers point of view. It's designed to sell to kids and it's little better than extended commercial jingles. Not great ones. The average forgettable ones. C-D grade music that could be mass produced by college theory students. In a few years, she'll chuck them for better quality stuff.

This is all popular music with the bad words and the more suggestive phrases altered to be more suitable to little kids.

I don't care for it.

Cora loves it.

Cora likes Abba. Caleb likes Queen and Weird Al Yankovich.

I like both--but Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, and Steve Goodman are the ones I love. (I also adore Queen and Freddy Mercury)
