Help a Down and Outer?

This lady has fallen on financial hard times. She has an abcess on a tooth that has to be fixed or she will lose the tooth or worse--infections like that can go to the brain and be fatal.
I have no money to give, and I know that most of the handful of people who read my journal haven't got funds to spare either.
I'm just boosting the signal in case anyone who has a ton of random cash--or even a spare twenty--would happen by and care to cast a little bread on the water.
I really, really need to win the lottery or write the next great novel....something's got to change around here pretty soon.
