Didn't accomplish anything in the house today.
Instead, I input all of Gary Paulsen's books into the IBDoF data base. Then, I put in Brian Burks 4 books. He'd written 3 with Paulsen, so I had to add him to the author section--I figured I might as well put in his books too, since there were so few.
Ingrid and I went to see Must Love Dogs at the theater in Rochester. I would not say it was GREAT, but it was funny and enjoyable. Stockard Channing was in it as Diane Lane's dad's love interest. I love Stockard Channing.
As usual, I laughed about twenty times more than anyone else in the theater. I don't know if other people don't have a sense of humor, or if I am just weird.
We had supper at Perkins after the movie. I had fish. Love that grilled fish.
On the way home we stopped at DQ where I had a French Silk Pie blizzard. I only got a small one, and I was glad because, though delicious, it was super rich.
Yummy.
I'm really tired now, and needed to collapse into my bed.
Bleah.
Tomorrow I HAVE to finish cleaning my bedroom.
I may wash clothes as well.
I also have to get Jeanne's package sent off to her.
Ack.
I have way more to do that I can possibly ever accomplish.
Sigh.

Loved the dogs.
I saw Must Love Dogs on Saturday night. The day before I did a movie binge. Saw two movies. Don't know if they're anywhere around where you are because they're independent films and in limited release. But if you can see them, see: March of the Penguins and Mad Hot Ballroom.
You'll love both.
I bought the CD soundtrack to March of the Penguins in the lobby and have been listening to it in my car. Not only does it make me feel cool in the hot weather, it's very soothing and calming.
Mad Hot Ballroom was just fun. I'm going to buy the DVD when it comes out. In fact, I think I'll buy both.
I just love those penguins.
K loves them too....only grilled with a garlic butter sauce.
Just as well I went to the theater alone and didn't tell him.
