I added a couple things to the room before Hailey came to get it. I thought the bed needed a splash of darker color to balance the other side of the room, and I forgot I had the fairy wands, so I added them to the sides of the room.
The two little girls are Hailey Butler and Cynthia Butler.

grandma's scrap

My mom found this in a bunch of yarn that she had received from my Grandma Neitzell. Either Grandma Neitz or my Great-grandma Smith made this little strip of crochet as a pattern for an afghan.
Mom hated to just toss it in the garbage, since it was made by one of them. So, I took it and put it in my box of stuff for making doll rooms.
I now have a vision of a sofa with this as the back. Stay tuned for more developments.

I finally saw the mystery animal that has been terrorizing my cats at night. You have to look close at the left side of the window.
This little kitty was sitting outside my window looking in. Peaches went insane, screamng and howling. She jumped out of the window and left huge gashes on my leg from landing on it and spring-boarding off of it to chase her siblings into the furnace room.
After beating the hell out of them, she came back to howl and hiss at the window again.
After a while she settled down and lay down on her pillow, but then I heard a plaintive little "meow" at the window, and the cat was back.
I got this picture of the poor little guy--one eye seems damaged or infected.
I think he wants to come in and live n the lap of luxury with these little beasties.
