Here is TK trying to get the ham from my mom's sandwich, since he already go the ham from mine! He is so dang cute that it should be illegal!
These were taken at Joni and Jeff's house on Monday when we were getting things ready for the funeral.
Though he does like to chew on things--including your hands--with his sharp little baby teeth. He is supposed to be a pappillion. We think he has a little coyote blood--or perhaps dingo. LOL
My sister Tammy is snuggling her little doggie Oreo while Cora is enjoying the pleasure of his company.
Oreo loves to snuggle under an afghan. Look at the big grin on his face.
My niece Sadie with one of my dad's oldest friends at Kaylee's memorial luncheon. Dad would have gotten a huge kick out of seeing Sadie and "Bushy" hanging out together.
He is a particular little fellow--he only chews the chicken flavored strip off and then leaves the rest. LOL. What a mutt!
He used to belong to my niece's boyfriend's sister, but that girl had no clue regarding how to have a pet. She kept him locked in a nasty dirty kennel in a garage which was overrun by red ants which invaded his kennel and were covering him and stinging him.
Sadie was horrified and sad that they did not deserve to have a dog and took him home with her.
My sister fell in love with him, even though he had many bad habits that were a result of being treated so poorly. It took forever to potty train him (and he still has accidents from time to time) but he is loved and happy now. When the former owner came and wanted him back, Tammy gave her money and said, "We love him now and we are not giving him up."
If he loses sight of Tammy for an instant, he gets very stressed and shakes uncontrollably. He is so afraid he will lose his new momma and have to go back to the squalor and hell he was in before.
