How can you bear to swap it?

At least make a duplicate to keep for yourself.

I didn't even use a pattern for the snow suit--I cut out the pants from the green fleece, then I cut out the raglan sleeve top of the same stuff. I even made up the pattern for the hat on the spot and just cut it out of the fleece.

I think I'm getting good at this doll clothes making thing. LOL.

I AM going to make one very similar for myself. No two are ever exactly the same, but I did really love this one.
