And on the hallway side of the railing--a big bag of garbage left--God forbid they get all their fucking garbage in one spot.

Even if they refused to pay the garbage man to haul it away, a SMART bunch would think to take it to the dumpsters behind the liquor store or behind the fourplex. Dump a bag a day on the way to work each day and the garbage issue would be solved.

Shit, most of it was probably recyclable!

Or at least bag it and leave it OUTSIDE! I'll bet you've got bushes to hide it.

And yes, I see a beer bottle. I'll bet there are cans and bottles all over that place. They probably lived on pizza, beer and soda.
