They left their mattress and box spring in my room. They left clothes all over the floor and about 3 inches deep in the closet. The garbage bag at the foot of the bed looked like clothes and things like shampoo and stuff. I didn't dig in it. (ew). but I could see through the semi-transparent garbage bag.

You can launder everything and sell cheap at yard sale.

The mattresses will be hard. No one wants used mattresses. You might be able to give them away for free on Craig's list.

Mattresses sitting on the floor? Too bad. You could have sold the support.
