She doesn't look like such a porker in this photo. She has such a cute face.
Tonight as I was petting the dog I noticed a funny feel on his chest. Damn. A foxtail. So I sifted through his fur and it's right under his skin! It doesn't seem to be bothering him any, not even when I touch it but there is no way to get it out. Neither end is sticking out for me to grab. I need to keep my eye on it and see if it festers so I can lance it and get it out. There is no way I'm paying a several hundred dollar vet bill.
