Rest In Peace Michael Clarke Duncan
Sep. 4th, 2012 01:43 amObviously, he is an actor and I have no real idea of what kind of person he was in realtiy--but I loved the roles he played. The Green Mile was great and I LOVED the man he played in The Finder. I was so sad when I learned that show was cancelled.
Now I am kinda glad it is, as without him, the show just wouldn't be the same--and you could NEVER replace him.
I love his smile.
Rest in Peace, Mr. Duncan.

Paul was there with his wife and kids and Michael was there doing some promo work for something or other. Later there was a knock on Paul's hotel room door and there was Michael with a giant teddy bear asking if his kids would like it.
He had a heart attack back in April and was saved by his fiancé. You will never guess who. Omarosa. The one from celebrity apprentice. I never watched the show but I heard she was a bitch. Obviously not as bad a person as they portrayed on TV or MCD would not be engaged to her. He had a heart attack and she saved him with CPR.
I only saw him in The Green Mile and Armegeddon. I really though he should have gotten the oscar for The Green Mile. He was a very talented actor and I looked forward to seeing him grow in many more future roles. I was shocked to read of his death.
He was four years younger than me.
I guess I've reached a point where I will be reading of the deaths of celebrities who are younger than I am now. Before they were all older than me, unless they took drugs or it was an accident. Now I'm outliving those dying of natural causes.
