It's just one branch, but it is easily as tall as a standard Christmas tree. That snapped off in the heavy winds we had the other day.
Mom wants to cut the whole dang tree down now as it has several dying branches.
the other night, I was talking to some of my former students on Facebook, and we were joking around about different things the Government would like to make illegal. I came up with Root Beer Floats. And, so of course, I had to immediately go and MAKE ONE to fling my rebellion in the face of the powers that be!
Immediately after making my illicit rootbeer float, I discovered that the damned government had already bugged my bunker!! This thing was on the ceiling right above the table I was making my float on!
I DID attempt to destroy the bug, but it escaped me. He lost a few of his many legs in his attempt to avoid the business end of my cane, but he did manage to escape in the plant corner.
Damn bug.
It went down remarkably quickly, and now all the evidence has been destroyed. Bwa ha ha.
They decided it would be fun to go paintballing without wearing shirts. They were all welted up. Goofballs.
Being pelted with projectiles leaving painful pustules doesn't appeal to me....
Right now, I'm seeing some lightning and hearing some thunder, but as it is the middle of the night, I can't see the sky itself.
This is the coolest old tree. It is in my sister's yard, right at the end of their driveway. My sister loves it and so do I.
