This doll is to DIE for. I'd love to add her to my Tonner family collection as the sweet old grandmother. You never ever see a really excellent old person doll.

The only bad thing is that she costs nearly $3,000. Ouch.

Maybe you need to start looking into making dolls. Heads and hands and feet of Fimo. Learn to do wigs. Learn to make an armatured body stuffed and covered in cloth.

It would be fun to do a line of grandpa and grandma dolls, wouldn't it?

I've never been very good at sculpting realistic faces, and I like my dolls to be realistic.

I have a ton of fimo--I may give it a try.

After all, I have nothing but plenty of time.
